Selestino Chiko Munyaradzi, known as “Selly”, was a car guard 10 years ago, till Chris Tyson, CEO of Tyson Properties went outside and asked him one question: “Would you like to work for us?” Now celebrating his 10-year anniversary with the property agency, Munyaradzi is living in Durban and working as an intern training to become a real estate agent.
